Diversity – a topical and important issue that has been a matter of course for us from the very beginning!
However, as it is not enough to simply regard diversity as normal, we would like to take an official stand on the issue:
The more diverse our teams are, the better! Many opinions, ideas and approaches not only make everyday working life more interesting, but also more successful and productive. We don’t care where someone comes from, what they believe in or how old they are. What counts for us is human interaction and a common goal!
For this reason, we would like to list a few examples of points that are completely irrelevant to us in CVs:

We are more interested in facts and skills such as

✅ Ambition
✅ The will to make a difference
✅ Personal responsibility
